need to lose weight

yes ive been noticed my self that i was gaining a lot of fatty weight this recently and most of my pants now doesn’t suits what should i do? before i have a 30 size in pants but when i checked it recently i think i went in 34 oh 4 line has been added on my belly, need to work out now and back on my cardio exercise but hows my work then? ops need to manage my time first then as i have my schedule ill be pursuing these set of exercise that i often do before
